Upload your images through UpLink while you work. Classic events match each file to a participant by its filename prefix; A.I. events match by face from a selfie taken at sign-up. PortraitLink then delivers a private gallery link by email, SMS or both — you control the wording, the sender, and whether it sends the moment you shoot or once every photo has finished processing.

Participant payments go straight to your own connected payment account. PortraitLink takes 3% on Basic, 2% on Power, and nothing at all on Advanced. Your payment provider's processing fees are separate.

Data is stored on US-based infrastructure, never used to train AI models, and workflows are built to be COPPA-ready. On A.I. events, face data is used only to match photos within that event and participants can delete it themselves at any time.

Yes. Digital downloads and retouching are sold straight from the gallery with built-in checkout, including free allowances and bundle discounts.
